Fantastic DNA school visit!

Our new semester of school visits started yesterday with our 4th year project students who visited Gaelscoil Mhic Amhlaigh in Knocknacarra. We did DNA extractions with both 6th classes, and all the students proved to be excellent scientists! Thanks to Fiachra and Susan for having us in their classes! Next week another group of project students will go on school visit and at the moment we are busy recruiting and training our new volunteers so that Fantastic DNA can visit many more schools around Galway during October.
