Happy Christmas to one and all!

Its that time of year, chestnuts roasting in an open fire, our volunteers all sitting their exams... We want to wish all our Cell EXPLORERS students and demonstrators the very best of luck with their final few exams. It has been a super semester full of Cell EXPLORERS activities, from Fantastic DNA and Little Cells school visits to hosting 3 workshops on the Galway Science and Technology Fesitval Exhibition day, not to mention the great new resources developed by our final year project students! Phew! Plans are already in place for some fun events coming up next semester, like our trip to the BT Young Scientist Exhibition day in January. Hopefully next year will be just as successful. Thanks again to our funders and supporters, SFI Discover, The Discipline of Biochemistry, GSTF and the School of Natural Sciences. And thanks to all the wonderful children, parents, teachers and volunteers who work with us. Happy Christmas to one and all!
